Admission Process
Our admissions process begins in March for the upcoming school year, which starts in August, and continues for several months. Parents will receive an email invitation to tour the preschool if any spots become available. This is to ensure if Creative Kids Preschool/Förskola is a good fit for your child and to experience our wonderful learning environment in person, view the facilities, meet our staff, and see our school in action.
A written confirmation will then be required to secure your child’s place and start date. If we don’t receive a response, your child will be removed from the waiting list.
Sometimes, spaces become available during the school year. When this happens, we contact the next family on the list. Priority is given to siblings of children already attending the preschool for the younger age group.
Registration Details
The information you share with us is used only to register your child on the Creative Kids Preschool waiting list. Once you’ve submitted the application form, a confirmation message will appear to let you know we’ve received it. You will hear from us if a spot becomes available. To be eligible for a preschool place, both you and your child must be registered with the Swedish Tax Agency.
Unfortunately, due to the number of applications we receive, we aren’t able to provide updates about your child’s position on the list or notify you if a spot isn’t offered.
Each year, the waiting list is cleared, and any personal information you’ve provided is deleted. You will need to reapply after September 1st to be placed again on the list for the next school year or any openings during that period.
Important Notes
If you need to update your contact details or withdraw your application, please contact the preschool. We will update or remove your application as needed. If your application is removed, all your personal data will be deleted following GDPR rules.
